Sega tried to make a fighting game to rival Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat back in this time period. The concept (fighters from across all time periods) the designs, presentation, modes and art are all good, unfortunately the responsiveness, the extreme difficulty of the move set and the audio let it down. Fun in two player if you both know the moves, but more of an initial stab at the genre to improve upon than a classic.
