A really innovative Playstation 1 game using Eidos’ proprietary Motion FX technology to overlay cel-shaded characters on top of moving CG/FMV backgrounds, achieving a similar style to Final Fantasy VIII which was on another level to the visuals achieved by its contemporaries. This is a survival horror spread over 4 discs taking you from the streets of Hong Kong into the netherworld itself! You’ll have to play it to see if you agree with the back of the box review claiming “Better than the Matrix!”
