A stunning late game third person shooter from Rockstar. Taking the series from Remedy and running with it, I still consider this the best in genre to this day, the bullet time based shooting action with awesome destruction, comedy physics, set pieces and cutscenes does everything right and the graphics are amongst the best of the generation too. A must play.
